1. About Whiterank

Whiterank is an AI-powered SEO, GEO, and ranking analysis platform that helps users create, optimize, and analyze web content and online visibility.

Whiterank is owned and operated by Othmane Nejdi.

These Terms apply to all users, including free users, paid users, and trial users.

2. Eligibility

To use Whiterank, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have authority to enter into these Terms
  • Use the service in accordance with applicable laws

We may refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All actions taken under your account

If you believe your account is compromised, you must notify us immediately.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer Whiterank
  • Use Whiterank to generate or distribute illegal or harmful content
  • Attempt to bypass limits, paywalls, or security features
  • Use automated scripts or bots to overload or abuse the service
  • Misrepresent your identity or use someone else's account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

Whiterank uses AI models to generate insights and content.

You understand that:

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
  • You are responsible for verifying all content before use
  • We are not liable for decisions or actions based on AI-generated output

You maintain ownership of content you create using Whiterank.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

6.1. Billing
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
  • Payments are handled securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Paddle)
  • Taxes may apply depending on your region
6.2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

6.3. Cancellations

You may cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

6.4. Refunds

Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

Whiterank retains all rights to:

  • The platform
  • Software and code
  • Models and algorithms
  • Logos, branding, and design
  • Product data and insights

You may not reproduce or use Whiterank's IP without written permission.

Content you create belongs to you, except:

  • Aggregated usage data
  • Anonymized analytics
  • Training signals used to improve the service

These remain owned by Whiterank.

8. Third-Party Services

Whiterank integrates with third-party tools including:

  • Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)
  • Email services
  • Payment processors
  • AI providers
  • Advertising platforms

We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party providers.

9. Availability & Service Modifications

We may:

  • Update features
  • Remove features
  • Suspend access for maintenance
  • Discontinue parts of the service

We are not liable if the service is temporarily unavailable.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of Whiterank is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Whiterank, you consent to data collection and processing as described there.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Whiterank is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We make no warranties or guarantees about accuracy or reliability
  • We are not liable for any damages, including:
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Errors in AI-generated content
  • SEO, ranking, or traffic loss

Your maximum remedy is limited to the amount paid to us in the last 30 days.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the service
  • Content you generate or upload
  • Violations of these Terms

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Misuse the platform
  • Fail to pay
  • Engage in fraud or abuse

You may also stop using Whiterank at any time.

14. Governing Law
